If you are a LEGO fan and Nintendo fan, you probably have some LEGO ideas on your radar. It’s an official project, run by LEGO themselves, which allows fans to submit their ideas for new LEGO kits. If you go over a certain number of votes, your build will go through a review cycle, where a group of people across the company will seriously consider marketing your idea, and if they think it might work, it will come true. , and you’ll get a (very small) share of the profits.

Past successes included a pirate ship, treehouse, Sesame Street and Friends sets, and the last one is a Winnie the Pooh set – which means that it is not unlikely that more sets could include collaborations with other companies and multimedia properties.

This year, a record 57 sets have passed the 10,000 supporters required, and many of them are popular Nintendo sets. Since we already have LEGO Super Mario (and Luigi!) Sets, could we see another Nintendo X LEGO collaboration?

Four of the 57 sets are video game sets, and three of them are Nintendo games, which looks like a nice win for old Ninty. Take a look, and see if something tickles you:
